The Briar Rose Restaurant & Bar, named after the old Briar Rose Silver Mine located on top of Peak 10, was once a boarding house that served hearty meals to tired miners. Located up the hill from the light in the center of town, the Briar continues to serve the best slow roasted prime rib, savory steaks, wild game, fresh seafood, poultry, pasta and vegetarian entrees. Our chef offers a unique special nightly. Compliment your entree with a choice from our extensive wine list. Enjoy cocktails in our trophy bar with its aged diamond dust mirror. The Victorian ambience and moderate prices make the Briar a must when dining in Breckenridge.

American Coastal Cuisine - the main level hosts an airy, chic spot for oysters and American coastal cuisine featuring a raw bar, wood-fired oven, plus a bar and cocktail lounge.  The Tavern Underground - the lower level introduces a modern-meets-casual take on classic American tavern culture.

The cornerstone of fine dining in Breckenridge, this busy, friendly, Regional American serves wonderful romantic dinners that are perfectly complimented by a unique attractive old Victorian house setting; expect quality from the first course to the desserts, with warm personable service to match; it's a great place for a special occasion too.  Awarding winning wine list to enjoy.

Radicato is inspired by old world traditions and showcases techniques like handmade pastas.  Chef's Matt Vawter and Cameron Baker have designed a menu that is meant to be explored and experienced collectively as a table.
